In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pt707", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the pt707 gaming platform operated at pt707.bio and all associated services.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the pt707 platform.
• "Account" — the personal member account created upon successful registration and verification on pt707.

• "Wallet" — the internal balance held within a member's pt707 account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by a member into their pt707 wallet using a supported payment method.

pt707 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentation sufficient to confirm any of the above conditions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one pt707 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances held within them may be voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. pt707 is entitled to rely on the information you provide, and any losses arising from inaccurate registration details are your sole responsibility.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. pt707 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify pt707 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pt707 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements in accordance with pt707's anti-money-laundering procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

pt707 targets processing all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval for members who have completed KYC verification. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance windows, or when additional security checks are required. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. pt707 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Under no circumstances will withdrawals be processed to a payment account not registered in the member's own name.

4.5 Anti-Money-Laundering Obligations

pt707 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any member suspected of using pt707 for such purposes will have their account suspended and the relevant information may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Deposits must originate from funds legally owned by the member.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the pt707 platform are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by pt707 are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 14 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of this window.

5.3 Eligible Games

5.4 Bonus Abuse

pt707 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the accounts of members who are found to be abusing promotional offers. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk, and colluding with other members to exploit promotions.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time

Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously. A new bonus may only be claimed after the existing bonus and its associated wagering requirement have been completed or forfeited.

All games available on the pt707 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In addition, the following platform-wide rules apply:

• pt707 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Published RTP percentages are accurate and independently verified.

• Providing false KYC documentation or misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction of residence.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pt707 staff or other members via any communication channel.

11.1 Termination by pt707

pt707 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice where pt707 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The member has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, compliance, or reputational risk to pt707;
• The member's gaming behaviour indicates problem gambling that is unresponsive to pt707's responsible gaming interventions.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach by the member, pt707 reserves the right to void pending wagers and forfeit the wallet balance. Where a closure is initiated for compliance or protective reasons unrelated to member fault, any verified real-money balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to the member via the original payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, all active wagers must be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be disbursed via the member's verified withdrawal method.
